چکیده
Let G be a quasi-split connected reductive group over a local eld of characteristic 0, and x a regular nilpotent element in the Lie algebra g of G. A theorem of Kostant then provides a canonical conjugacy class within each stable conjugacy class of regular semisimple elements in g. Normalized transfer factors take the value 1 on these canonical conjugacy classes. 1. Introduction Let k 0 be a local eld of characteristic 0, let k be an algebraic closure of k 0 , and let ? denote the Galois group of k over k 0. Let G be a connected reductive group over k 0 , with Lie algebra g. We write g(k 0) for the set of k 0-rational points on g.

Symmetry group, Hamiltonian equations and conservation laws of general three-dimensional anisotropic non-linear sourceless heat transfer equation
In this paper Lie point symmetries, Hamiltonian equations and conservation laws of general three-dimensional anisotropic non-linear sourceless heat transfer equation are investigated. First of all Lie symmetries are obtained by using the general method based on invariance condition of a system of differential equations under a prolonged vector field. Then the structure of symmetry ...

متن کاملInclined Lorentzian force effect on tangent hyperbolic radiative slip flow imbedded carbon nanotubes: lie group analysis
The present paper focuses on numerical study for an inclined magneto-hydrodynamic effect on free convection flow of a tangent hyperbolic nanofluid embedded with Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) over a stretching surface taking velocity and thermal slip into account. Two types of nanoparticles are considered for the study; they are single and multi-walled nanotubes. The presentation of single-parameter g...
متن کاملVirtual Transfer Factors
The Langlands-Shelstad transfer factor is a function defined on some reductive groups over a p-adic field. Near the origin of the group, it may be viewed as a function on the Lie algebra. For classical groups, its values have the form q sign, where sign ∈ {−1, 0, 1}, q is the cardinality of the residue field, and c is a rational number. The sign function partitions the Lie algebra into three su...
